We're excited to announce that Rossum is expanding its email templating features to better meet your needs for automated communications and streamline your manual communication workflows. With these enhancements, you'll be able to address repetitive inquiries about processed documents more efficiently.
Now, you can easily resolve inquiries directly within the Rossum app, eliminating the need to switch to your primary email client. We've introduced more flexible email templates that allow you to utilize annotation data variables, making it easier to handle the most common or repetitive inquiry cases.
Here's what you can expect:
Utilize annotation values: You can now use variables to incorporate extracted data directly into the content of your outbound emails. This means that the information obtained from your documents can be seamlessly integrated into your email communication.
Expanded variable usage: Not only can variables be used within the email content, but they can also be applied to recipient fields such as "To," "CC," and "BCC." This allows for greater flexibility and customization in your email communications.
Improved user experience: We've made a user interface update that ensures variable values are rendered and displayed to end users.
