During the process of validating data extracted from documents, you may have noticed that the values on the document are surrounded by blue borders. These borders, also known as bounding boxes, serve the purpose of selecting values on the document.
To enhance the annotation process and make it more intuitive, we are introducing a new and improved version of bounding boxes, tested and approved by our very own users!
You can discover it now in your typical validation user interface.
Key benefits:
Faster annotation quality checking with field labels shown on hover;
Quicker error handling with red bounding boxes for validation errors;
Intuitive experience for new users, while retaining the familiar left bar for existing users;
Easy identification of high accuracy/validated fields (green) and low accuracy fields (yellow);
And more!
PRO TIP: If you wish to review other recognised values on the document available for annotation, you can easily display suggested bounding boxes. Simply hold down the ALT (OPTION on MAC) key on your keyboard. Please keep in mind that it has to be constantly pressed to display the suggestions.
